It is with great sadness that we heard the news this morning of the passing of Ivan Mauger.

Ivan was recognised as the greatest Speedway rider of all time, he was a true New Zealand sporting hero that proudly flew the Kiwi flag on the World stage for several decades.

Our thoughts and best wishes go to Ivan’s wife Raye and his children Kym, Debbie and Julie.
