2022 Speedway NZ Annual General Meeting

The Speedway NZ Board after consultation with member tracks have elected to progress the 2022 Annual General Meeting online.

The Annual General Meeting will follow an online format that will see ratification of the sitting Board, with the nomination process not attracting any additional Board Nominations and therefore no election process for the Board in 2022. Due to there not being a requirement for an election, or any General Business received from members this will enable an online format and ensure a Quorum is met.

Annual Reports and Statement of Accounts will still be circulated to members in accordance with constitutional timelines.
