At the World 240's in Rotorua a Technical Engine Protest was lodged by Speedway NZ Competitor Peter Rees on Chad Aces engine in the 4p Superstock. The protest was lodged and a fee of $2,500 paid. 

The Technical Inspection following the lodged protest was carried out by Marsh Motorport on 20th February 2020. 

The Engine was found to be compliant and the protest was lost.

As per rule M7-9-8 the Protest Fee of $2,500 will now be paid to Chad Ace.
