The SNZ office is receiving a large volume of phone calls and emails on issues that should have been resolved on race night via the protest procedure available to SNZ License holders. 

There appears to be a trend of competitors misunderstanding the procedure and their rights as a license holder at a race meeting. 

With that in mind, please find here a flow chart of the protest procedure giving a clear breakdown of the process. If you feel aggrieved by a decision in the future, please ensure that you follow the procedure outlined.
